This directory contains data related to AspGD GO Slim.

This file contains all the controlled-vocabulary terms that constitute GO Slim. 
The file is best readable with OBO-Edit tool available at the Gene Ontology 
Consortium website (http://www.geneontology.org/GO.tools.shtml).

GOslim_gene_association.aspgd.gz

The GOslim_gene_association.aspgd file contains GO Slim annotations for Aspergillus genes,
using the AspGD GO Slim instead of the entire Gene Ontology. A GO Slim is a small 
subset of terms from the Gene Ontology, which is intended to provide a general 
overview without all the fine-grained detail contained in the GO itself. For the 
actual AspGD GO curation, please use the gene_association.aspgd file.
This file is regularly updated every week.
