This directory contains the current version of Aspergillus oryzae RIB40/ATCC 42149
genomic sequences.

Sequenced by NITE, AIST, A. oryzae consortium. Sequence and annotation downloaded from the Broad Institute Aspergillus download page on 23-Feb-2009.
Gene models subsequently refined at AspGD by PASA alignment of A. oryzae ESTs.
